GreenLeaf Care are a network of doctors committed to providing a stress-free, holistic environment where patients in need of medicinal marijuana receive a cost-effective, expert evaluation by a licensed medical professional. Qualified patients receive a physician's recommendation allowing them the legal use of Medical Marijuana under California Proposition 215, also known as the California Compassionate Use Act of 1996 Health and Safety Code Section 11362.5, and under SB420, section 11362.7.

GreenLeaf Care does not accept insurance. Patients that are Veterans or have a MediCal or MediCare card will receive a discounted price.


No. GreenLeaf Care accepts all potential patients for evaluation.


Patients fill out a medical history form, provide a valid California ID, pay the GreenLeaf Care fee and then receive an evaluation. Patients that qualify receive a physician's recommendation.


Patients must provide a valid California state-issued ID. Patients who do not have a California I.D. must bring a picture I.D with a print out from the California DMV.


Patients should bring written documentation, including their diagnosis, the name, address, phone number and fax number of their primary healthcare provider. Prescription bottles are accepted, but must be current and contain the contact information for the prescribing physician on the label.


GreenLeaf Care offers the value-added bonus of an extended visit for our patients, so they can feel they are getting a thorough and complete assessment of their health issues. A qualified and licensed physician will examine the patient and determine what diagnosis, if any, is appropriate. Follow up visits, lab tests and radiology exams may be required prior to determining a diagnosis.


Patients who receive a legal physician's recommendation will receive the signed original doctors recommendation. We also provide 24 hour patient verification so law enforcement and dispensaries can confirm you are a medical cannabis patient in good standing.


GreenLeaf Care physician's recommendations are on a per case basis with a term limit of one year.


GreenLeaf Care advises qualified patients to contact us for a re-evaluation of their physician's recommendation prior to the expiration of their recommendation.


GreenLeaf Care provides total confidentiality for all our patients. Medical records are strictly confidential. GreenLeaf Care closely follows the Federal Doctor-Patient Confidentiality (HIPAA) laws. Patient records will only be disclosed at the written request of the patient.


All our locations are wheelchair accessible.


Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.


Yes. Patients must have disabilities that require care giving and bring their designated caregivers with them to their evaluation.


There is no charge for patients that do not qualify.
