The American Medical Association changes its policy to promote clinical research and development of cannabis-based medicines and alternative delivery methods…In changing its policy, the group said its goal was to clear the way to conduct clinical research, develop cannabis-based medicines and devise alternative ways to deliver the drug. We believe that valid research performed and endorsed by the AMA will bring about real change. It is inevitable that our current laws and attitudes will change when they are based upon responsible scientific evidence.
